Acting on behalf of a PLC who retain us to manage their estate, we have completed on the surrender of a floor of offices that were let to a firm of accountants.

Initially the accountants contacted us to assign the lease on their behalf as they have moved to larger premises, however we could spot an asset management opportunity and so a deal was struck to both parties satisfaction.
