An overage provision protects you if planning is agreed for more than was originally anticipated when the sale price was agreed.

To obtain a realistic figure this may involve discussions with architects, local planning officers and others. If you do not already have an architect then we can introduce you to some that will have experience in your location.

We can also give you a realistic timeframe on the completion date as well as advice on whether to sell unconditionally without planning or to wait until planning has been granted which will usually be at the purchasers expense.
