If you cannot reach agreement with the other side using this report then we will happily act on your behalf until the negotiations have been concluded and the rent review memorandum signed.
When a commercial lease is coming up to expiry then there are certain procedures that need to be followed if the lease is to be renewed. We can advise you as a Tenant or Landlord as to what needs to be done as well as liaising with your solicitor throughout.
