Having looked after the parade on behalf of the freeholders for many years, once we took back possession from the previous tenants and before we could prepare the marketing information, we were contacted by somebody living in the vicinity who knew of our involvement.

After numerous discussions and several site visits, terms were agreed and we are pleased to confirm that a Dental Practice will be opening in the property shortly.
