A smooth & clean letting of a Class E unit

Advising the freeholders, we assisted with separating the former two storey commercial premises into a ground floor Class E unit and self contained apartment above.

Despite many challenges along the way including rogue builders and a fastidious building control inspector we are delighted that a lease has now completed to an expanding furniture retailer and we welcome them to their new home.
